    • Local Deliveries: For customers located within our immediate vicinity, deliveries typically take between 2-5 days.
    • National Deliveries: For customers located elsewhere in the country, deliveries can take between 4-8 days.
    • International Deliveries: For international customers, deliveries can take between 7-10 days. Please note that international deliveries might be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
  3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, and you can track your package’s journey to your doorstep.
  4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and any other import charges levied by the destination country. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Damages: We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
